I tried all of the above. Except to BUY another Battery. “IT IS A CONTACT PROBLEM.” POOR DESIGN AT MICROSOFT! I DO NOT CARE HOW WELL THEY MAKE OTHER ITEMS THIS ENGINEER WAS ASLEEP THE DAY HE DESIGNED THIS. I HAVE BEEN AN ENGINEER FOR 35 YEARS. AS I STATED BEFORE IT IS DEFINITELY A CONTACT PROBLEM. SOLUTION: FIND or MAKE A SMALL HOOK TO GENTLY, I REPETE GENTLY PRY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTACT TO EXTEND IT INTO THE BATTERY CONTACT POINT AND YOUR PROBLEM SHOULD GO AWAY!

Just out of curiosity: does it still look right in Word? (In case you are wondering who in the world would wish to display an HTML table in Word: Outlook uses Word rendering engine instead of IE’s and is totally messing up emails my application sends.)
