Yahoogroups slow
For those using YahooGroups to run your community groups and so on, they are having issues with slow email delivery at the moment, which they acknowledge here.
This I suppose is the problem with outsourcing your IT requirements. The overhead of managing it is gone, but fasttracking resolution is out of your control.
