When I bought my condo two years ago my mortgage approval was emailed to me, but it was stuck in my spam folder until the bank called me to ask about it. Sometimes spam filters can act too well.
P.S. Actually I got two mortgages in order to pay for the condo and last week I paid off the second mortgage. Now the only debt I have is the first mortgage.
